Description

The 2003–2007 6.0L Ford Powerstroke Coolant Filter & EGR Delete Kit is designed to improve coolant quality, protect vital components, and deliver long-term performance. By filtering contaminants from your coolant, this kit reduces wear on the water pump, oil cooler, and EGR cooler , extending the lifespan of your Powerstroke engine. Made from CNC-machined billet aluminum , the eliminator spool offers smoother idle and eliminates moving parts for reliable operation. Combined with abrasion-resistant silicone hoses and high-quality clamps, this kit provides excellent durability under high stress and heavy load conditions. Not only does this kit improve reliability, but it also enhances performance by maintaining optimal coolant flow and reducing restrictions. It’s recommended to pair with a tuner, as the kit may trigger a check engine light. ✅ Features & Benefits Billet aluminum CNC-machined filter block for strength & durability High-strength silicone hoses resist abrasion & heat Filters contaminants for cleaner coolant and longer engine life Protects water pump, oil cooler, and EGR cooler from premature failure Smoother idle with billet aluminum eliminator spool Surface hardened and polished for reduced friction Designed for long-lasting service under high load conditions ⚙️ Fitment (2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke) Ford F-250 Super Duty (2003–2007) Ford F-350 Super Duty (2003–2007) Ford Excursion (2003–2005) 📦 Package Includes 1x Coolant Filter Assembly 2x Ball Valves Filter Mounting Bracket Coolant Hoses Hose Clamps & Hardware
